Network fluctuations can sometimes interfere with the quality of your calls.
Calls can begin with good audio and video quality, then after a period of time start to appear blurred, intermittent, and inaudible.
In the unlikely event that this occurs BOTIM will try its best to adapt to your network, by controlling the amount of data (this will also sacrifice call quality) to ensure the continuity of the call. When the network recovers and stabilizes for a while, the quality will return to normal levels. You can also start a new call to recover the call quality.
