Issues with recharge or withdrawal?

If you encounter limit issues while making recharge or withdrawal transactions, you should verify your account with your EID to increase your limit by following these steps: Me-> Wallet-> Settings-> Complete Your Profile.

For other circumstances, such as your balance not increasing after recharging, or not receiving funds to your bank card after withdrawal, please send the registered mobile phone number and the screenshot of the transfer record to the customer service at pay@botim.me.
