If you'd like to withdraw balance from your BOTIM Pay account to your UAE bank accounts, please click "Withdraw" on Me -> Wallet -> Balance and enter your IBAN number and related information.
Please note that you will be charged AED 2.00 per transaction when you withdraw funds to your bank account. Withdrawals will generally arrive in about 2 working days, with some potential delay during public holidays.
