What if my cards are fraudulently used?

We will require a confirmation on whether the funds in that card have been fraudulently used, if so, which platform it has been used on, and directly contact these platforms for a refund.

If your bank card is being used by an unknown payment account, please contact our customer service immediately (pay@botim.me). We will conduct a comprehensive investigation and come back to you within 72 hours.

If your bank card is used by your payment account, we suspect that your payment account has been hacked. Please immediately change the payment password and contact our customer service. We will conduct a comprehensive investigation and get back to you within 72 hours.
