How can I change my registered mobile number?
To change your mobile number for Botim
- Please send an email with the subject "change phone number" to <pay@botim.me> for manual review
- In the email text, please include your old and new phone numbers, EID double-sided photos and your proofs of possession of these two numbers.
To change your mobile number for Botim Wallet/PayBy
(please note that currently changing your Botim Wallet/PayBy mobile number doesn't change your Botim Account mobile number as well, as that will need to be changed seperately by sending an email to
<pay@botim.me>)
First, please check whether your old phone number can receive an SMS verification code.
If your old number can receive an SMS
- Update your Botim app to the latest version.
- Login with your old phone number and click Me-> Wallet-> Settings ->Account-> Phone Number to change.
If your old number can’t receive an SMS
- Please send an email with the subject "change phone number" to <pay@botim.me> for manual review
- In the email text, please include your old and new phone numbers, EID double-sided photos and your proofs of possession of these two numbers.
