- Make sure you have a SIM card installed, and an active mobile phone number from your operator. BOTIM does not work on VoIP virtual phone numbers.
- Check if you have entered the correct phone number.
- Have a friend call you or send and SMS to you to make sure your phone is working.
- Try switching your phone to airplane mode and normal mode.
- Make sure you are under good cellular coverage.
- Wait a few minutes and try to request another code.
If you are traveling abroad, make sure you have turned international roaming on.
