Problem

Not getting notifications for new Botim messages? Here is the fix.

Causes

Huawei phone system automatically ends all apps running in background, unless they are marked as protected apps manually.

Solution

• Enable Notifications

  1. Go to your Huawei phone's Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Notification manager
  3. Find Botim and tap on it
  4. Switch the notification options to Allow

• Set Botim as Protected App

  1. Go to your Huawei phone's Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Protected apps
  3. Find Botim and switch the button on

• Set Botim to Auto-launch

  1. Enable Auto-launch to never miss a notification again after restarting your phone.
  2. Go to your Huawei phone's Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap on Startup manager
  4. Locate Botim and switch the button on
